Kijiji Reposter Pro is an automation tool designed to help you repost advertisements on Kijiji. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Kijiji's terms of service and community guidelines. We do not assume any liability if your Kijiji account is suspended, blocked, or banned due to the use of automation tools.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Kijiji Reposter Pro or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to update Kijiji DOM selectors to keep the extension working, but do not guarantee compatibility with future Kijiji updates indefinitely.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
